Well I eat 3 meals a day plus snacks (walnuts, triscuit crackers, chocolate). Breakfast is Greek yogurt+cocoa+shredded wheat+bananas+an orange, lunch is spaghetti+marinara sauce+kale+green beans+broccoli+peppers+olive oil+onions+carrots, dinner is Greek yogurt+cocoa+flax/hemp/chia seed mix+blueberries.

Yup, it's real. The secret is the one container (850 grams) of Greek yougurt per day.
