As of today, this is pretty much what I eat: Here is my diet from one year ago. Peanuts have been replaced with walnuts due to the latter’s healthier lipid profile, beans with spaghetti due to the latter’s greater ease of cooking and milk with yougurt due to less galactose in the latter.
