SCOTUS ruling today. I feel like every year SCOTUS makes a new ruling on Affirmative Action. I thought DIE replaced AA entirely, but I guess not? I knew a Korean girl in high school with a 4.0 who couldn't get into the University of Michigan, one of the worst offenders. As a result, I never bothered to apply there even for grad school.
