What I eat
What I eat has been scarcely changed from a year ago, though with the addition of handfuls of peanuts, the cereal changing to Great Value Shredded Wheat, and the animal protein side at lunch being removed on the advice of a certain David Skrbina. Here’s the PDF of the Cronometer. Suffice it to say, my diet is perfectly satisfactory in vitamins, proteins, and minerals. Whenever I want more calories, I simply eat more peanuts.
This diet may not be the best fit for everyone, and please conduct a registered dietician whether it is right for you. Regardless, I am certain this diet is within the top 20% most healthy in North America.
