Thoughts to remember about postural correction
In changing posture the correct way, first comes massive fat loss (first month), then some muscle loss (first 2 months), then a large degree of fat gain in the right areas (i.e., not the face -up to the sixth month), then, after the third month, whatever amount of muscle gain you get via exercise. I currently like the farmer’s walk (inspired by Vegetius, book 1, section 19 of the Epitome of Military Science [p. 31 of the 18th century translation into English]) for about 40 minutes a day with dumbbells in each hand.
