Raising your hands up (NOT up and back)
Touching your toes while lifting the chin. Bending of the legs (i.e., moving your hands down your legs to your toes) is fine for those who are not advanced athletes.
Push-ups. There are two varieties, the crocodile and the alligator. NSA prefers the crocodile (chin up/eyes up in all parts of the push-up, which resembles a McKenzie press-up) to the alligator (chin up only when chin is on the ground, and which resembles a normal push-up).
