Greeks and Jews
At the time of the Seleukid annexation of Judea in 198 BC, there were about seven million Greeks and sixty thousand Jews.
Needless to say, the Gmrikin thesis as to the Old Testament’s composition is not all that implausible. It is in fact, quite reasonable to say the Bible relied heavily on a long Manetho and cuneiform records from Seleukid territory. A quick read of the Ancient Fragments should tell us what we’re missing.
